Shipping & Returns
We value your business and understand that a reasonable return policy is your primary concern. We stand strongly behind our Fresh mouse pads and you can rest assured that when you do business with fastpads.com you are covered by a money back guarantee. All our Fresh mouse pads are completely returnable as long as the item has not been used, and/or damaged. The item must be accompanied by all components and accessories including but not limited to shipping packaging, tags, etc... Items returned must be postmarked no later than 7 days of receipt of the original purchase, no exceptions. Upon receiving and verifying the unused returned merchandise, your account will be promptly refunded in the same form of payment or your item may be exchanged at no extra cost to you. However, there will be a 20% restocking fee for Fresh mouse pads returned opened and or used in which case all shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs are a non-refundable charge unless we ship you an incorrect item and or we determine that your item was damaged by us. Although our image stamping process is executed manually by hand by our 3rd party manufacturer, 95% of it is successful first quality and will not be an issue. However, because of the permanent embossing intended for infinite hours of use, there is a possibility that you may or may not experience fading and or discoloration. If you receive your premium pad and decide that there is an issue with image print quality and it is unacceptable you may return your pad for a FULL REFUND of purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs unless product is defective by us.

If you believe your order is inaccurate or damaged please accept our deepest apologies as we assure you that this is not our business model. We pride ourselves in consistently reliable shipping, impecable quality, and courteous customer service. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our courteous Customer Service Team within 24 hours post delivery.

To return your purchase, please send an email to: returns@fastpads.com or call us at 626-523-5209 Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm PST. We will issue you a code to expedite the return process. We cannot issue a refund if your item is returned without a return authorization number or without secure return packaging. Your best interest in mind, we must emphasize that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods. Send the package to the following address:

During weekdays (excluding holidays) all Fresh mouse pads indicated as "IN STOCK" on this website are ready for immediate shipping and usually ship within 24 hours of confirmed and received payment. We ask that you please consider heavy holiday postal traffic and allow yourself several days for unavoidable delays near major holidays. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email of expected date of shipping and you may be entitled to a discount. All shipping fees are 100% non-refundable for undeliverable, returned, or unclaimed packages unless we have made a mistake in your shipping address.

All orders are shipped via reliable and convenient United States postal service "USPS" FIRST CLASS MAIL to all customers. Approximate days for receipt of your Fresh mouse pad varies substantially directly affected by your distance from our headquarters located in Los Angeles, Southern California USA. Anywhere from 2-8 days (2-4 west coast, 4-8 days east coast).

Allow for cancellation of orders after they have been placed or
Offer overnight or any faster shipping method other than that indicated above
